Nkuku is a UK homeware brand started by husband and wife team who share a love for travel and interiors. The brand was born after a trip to Africa where they met local artisans who were creating very special wares using traditional methods - they decided to introduce these items to the UK. Nkuku's core values are ethical, eco-friendly and handmade. They have a transparent relationship with all their suppliers with regular visits to where their products are produced.

Natural and recycled materials are used with a focus on sustainable methods of production. We share their love of the beauty in natural materials. They also make use of the waste leftover from other industries including cotton from discarded t-shirts, recycled glass, metals and textiles. The natural character and texture of the raw materials are always allowed to speak for themselves.
